2. Subscription Services

Rinse provides mobile car wash subscription services. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay the selected plan's monthly fee
Provide accurate address and vehicle information
Ensure access to your vehicle at scheduled times
Cancel or pause subscription as needed

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed monthly on your subscription date. All prices are in Canadian dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Service Guarantees

We guarantee your satisfaction with every wash. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will rewash your vehicle at no additional charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rinse's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, extreme weather, or factors outside our control.
